Lim Beng Choon, Country Managing Director, Accenture Malaysia
 
Lim Beng Choon is the Country Managing Director for Accenture Malaysia where he is responsible for business growth and profitability for Accenture’s engagements in Malaysia. He also leads Accenture’s Business Consulting practice within the Resources industry group in the Asia Pacific. With close to 25 years in Accenture, based both in the USA and Kuala Lumpur, Beng Choon has been a strong advocate of the gender inclusive policies that have enabled Accenture to sustain its position as an industry leader.

• Rhea Duttagupta, Corporate DNA Consulting, UK
Rhea Duttagupta is a former Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and is presently the Managing Director of CorporateDNA Consulting, a company specialising in talent management and human resource strategy. Rhea is also a mentor for the ASHA Foundation, a collective of women from diverse backgrounds and achievements, but united by their desire to create a better world.

 Dato’ Charon Wardini Mokhzani is the Deputy Chief Executive of the CIMB Group which is one of the fastest growing financial institutions in Southeast Asia.  • Zainariah Johari, Chief Executive Officer, Asia-Pacific Videolabs
Zai is is practically an institution in the Malaysian post production arena. She has been a driving force behind the growth of APV, the country’s first independent post production facility. This year APV celebrates its 20th Anniversary as the premier post facility in Malaysia and a rising star in the international arena.  

Zai will share her personal journey about what it has taken to succeed in a male-dominated industry, and the need to keep pace with innovation and client expectations to thrive in a global economy.
