She ran a newsclip from a CNN Business feature which revealed the findings of a recent US study of Fortune 500 companies. WOMEN hold up half the sky, or so goes a famous Chinese saying but in reality, the facts tell a different story. The rate of women participation in the workforce in 2008 was 46% or about four million women.
